Training is ongoing for staff at Luke's Treehouse so it is always under construction.  Licensing requires professionals to train 12 approved hours per year.  We normally exceed that training requirement.  The following are my annual training logs since opening Luke's Treehouse.  I exceed my requirement for training because I feel it makes me a better teacher, director, and professional.  It is an opportunity to meet with other professionals to share ideas.  I find training to be refreshing and inspiring!
